Cracking H.R interview Tips

HI GUYS,
 I am here to share some tips for the interviews.These suggestions are my real life experiences and I would urge people to share their experiences here.Trust me guys it will greatly help anybody in cracking interviews.

• First and the most important thing in any interview is the CONFIDENCE. Its very important to showcase your confidence to the interviewee because if you don't have confidence in yourself ,then how can you expect anybody else to show faith in you.
• Technical knowledge matters to some extent but its your interactive skills that take you further.I got selected in an interview by giving all technical answers wrong but I put confidence and interactive skills behind my answers.So keep in mind to put faith behind your answers.
• Prepare well for the interview.It will give a boost to your confidence.
• Avoid telling lies and if you have to tell a lie then back it up with strong facts.
• Wear a professional dress for the interview.
• Have patience,sometimes interviewee intentionally keep you waiting.They checks how badly you need the job.So quietly wait for your turn.
• DON'T PANIC,even if you don't  know any answer then you can always say "I don't know the answer yet,but I have to ability to learn it anytime".
